ABOUT THE GAME

Castle Crusade game overview

Skeleton soldiers advance on the castle while dragons and other airborne threats attack from above. A heroic archer supplies the continuous defense, aiming and firing at each approaching enemy before it can overwhelm the fortress. Ground and air targets demand different priorities as a wave develops. Defeated foes provide the coins needed for upgrades. Faster attacks improve arrow output, fire arrows strengthen a shot type, and bombs can damage clustered enemies. The opposition becomes more difficult across later waves, so upgrade timing matters as much as accurate aim during the current assault.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before you start

Each level cycles between tracking incoming targets, shooting the most urgent attacker, activating special weapons when pressure builds, and converting earned coins into stronger defenses for the next wave.

GETTING STARTED

How to play Castle Crusade

Aim first at enemies closest to breaching the castle, while checking the sky for dragons that bypass the ground route. Keep normal arrows moving rather than waiting for every target to align perfectly.

Choose an upgrade after enough coins are available. Drop a bomb on a concentrated group and trigger fire arrows when stronger damage will prevent several threats from reaching the fortress.

Tips for Castle Crusade

  1. Remove a near skeleton before switching to a distant dragon with more travel time.
  2. Save the bomb for a cluster rather than spending it on one isolated attacker.
  3. Buy speed when repeated arrows are failing to keep pace with a wave.
