ABOUT THE GAME

Marine Match Up game overview

Marine-themed tiles fill the board, and identical pieces must be brought together or selected as matches. The countdown continues while the player searches, so a long pause over one difficult group can threaten the entire level. Time-stamp pickups add seconds and create a valuable secondary target. New levels maintain the underwater matching goal with different layouts. Clearing a straightforward pair may open room for a harder one, while collecting extra time can make the remaining search manageable. The puzzle is directed by one player through pointer or touch controls, with no second competitor displayed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before you start

Scan the sea-creature tiles, identify a usable match, swipe or select it, watch the remaining clock, collect time extensions when reachable, and continue until the board is resolved.

GETTING STARTED

How to play Marine Match Up

Start with obvious identical images near one another so the board opens quickly. Avoid spending the first part of the timer on a pair separated by several blockers.

Take a time-stamp bonus before the countdown becomes critical when the route is already available. Use the added seconds to solve the least visible remaining matches.

CONTROLS

Controls and device setup

On Android, touch and swipe the tiles; on PC, use the mouse and left-click the interactive underwater pieces.

Tips for Marine Match Up

  1. Clear matches around a time bonus early so it remains accessible when needed.
  2. Compare tile outlines as well as colors, since similar sea images can differ subtly.
  3. When the clock is low, choose confirmed pairs instead of testing uncertain matches.
