ABOUT THE GAME
Noob vs Pro: Knife Hit game overview
Noob vs Pro: Knife Hit is a timing game about throwing a limited sequence of knives into logs and workbenches. It supports both a single-player route and local two-player play. In a shared match, Noob and Pro alternate throws, so each player inherits the target position and any existing knives left by the previous turn. The published catalogue lists more than twenty multiplayer level variations, more than twenty single-player variations and ten bosses. Targets can spin or remain still, and the set also includes fragile sand blocks and unusual layouts. Progress therefore changes the timing problem rather than asking players to repeat one identical log.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before you start
Expect short landscape rounds where a single input releases each knife. Two-player mode is turn-based on the same device, not simultaneous movement. The challenge comes from reading the current rotation, leaving space between embedded knives and adjusting to bosses or unusual target materials as the level set changes.
GETTING STARTED
How to play Noob vs Pro: Knife Hit
In single-player mode, use the Up Arrow on a keyboard or tap the screen on mobile to throw a knife. Continue placing knives into the target until the required supply is used. Watch the rotation and wait for an open section rather than releasing immediately when another knife is approaching the same space.
For local two-player play, Pro throws with Z and Noob throws with the Up Arrow. Players take turns, so confirm whose input is active before pressing. Treat each boss or new workbench as a fresh timing pattern: observe one rotation, identify the safest gap and then commit the next knife.
CONTROLS
Controls and device setup
Desktop solo: press Up Arrow to throw. Desktop two-player: Pro uses Z and Noob uses Up Arrow, with throws taken in turns. Mobile: tap the screen to release a knife; follow the mode prompts for the active player.

Tips for Noob vs Pro: Knife Hit
- Watch one complete target rotation before throwing when a new workbench or boss introduces an unfamiliar speed.
- Leave a wider gap than the knife appears to need because the target continues moving during the release.
- In two-player mode, verify the active character before pressing so a correct plan is not lost to the wrong input.
