ABOUT THE GAME

Power Link game overview

Power Link turns plugs and extension sockets into a constrained route puzzle. Each drawn line consumes space and a move, which makes the order of connections especially important on a crowded board. Connect all plugs and extension sockets using the available moves. Later puzzles tighten the layouts and reduce easy connection space. The board fails if the available moves run out before every plug reaches an extension, so redrawing a merely unattractive wire wastes a limited resource.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before you start

The player compares all plug positions, draws a route to an extension, checks which endpoints are now blocked, and completes the remaining links before the move counter empties.

GETTING STARTED

How to play Power Link

Connect edge plugs first when they have only one workable direction. Leave the center open for distant sockets whose routes cannot follow the boundary.

Do not spend a move replacing a wire that already works unless it blocks completion. Count the unresolved plugs before every revision. Connect all plugs and extension sockets using the available moves.

CONTROLS

Controls and device setup

Tap and drag between plugs and extension sockets to create each link.

  1. Connect edge plugs first when their routes have very few alternatives.
  2. Leave the center open for distant sockets that cannot use boundary paths.
  3. Avoid spending a move to redraw a wire unless it blocks completion.
