Squid Maze Challenge game overview
The challenge places one runner inside a maze rather than a straight race. Escape requires locating a key somewhere within the passages and then carrying it to the finish door. Glass surfaces complicate route choice because some sections break easily while others can support the crossing. Looking around is as important as forward movement: the player must read intersections, remember explored corridors, and inspect glass before committing. An unsafe step can eliminate the runner, so progress depends on both navigation and cautious testing. Desktop and mobile controls address the same single character.

Choose one direction at each junction and remember a visible landmark before turning. If the corridor ends without the key, return to that point and try the unused branch.
Treat glass as a decision rather than ordinary floor. Keep the camera on the next section, move deliberately, and preserve the route back once the exit key is found.
CONTROLS
Controls and device setup
Use W/S/Q/D for movement, the mouse to look, and Space to jump; mobile provides a virtual joystick plus touch keys for jumping and running.
