The Dead Among Us game overview
Playing The Dead Among Us means working to stop approaching zombies before the horde reaches and overwhelms the survivor. The longer route through The Dead Among Us changes this way: each cleared wave leads to a tougher level with faster or more demanding attacks. Be careful in The Dead Among Us: allowing several zombies to close in at once removes the time needed to stop the remaining attackers. Prioritise distance and speed together when deciding which zombie should be hit next. Keep the pointer near the centre so opposite sides remain reachable during a busy wave.

How to play The Dead Among Us
Use a mouse click or screen tap on a zombie that is moving into danger range. Scan the full play area after every hit rather than watching only one approach.
Remove the fastest visible threat before returning to slower members of the wave. Use quieter moments to locate the next attacker instead of waiting for it to become urgent.

Controls and device setup
On desktop, click directly on the zombie you want to hit. On a phone or tablet, tap that zombie on the play area; no movement keys are needed for targeting.
