ABOUT THE GAME
Wave game overview
Wave is a fast one-input arcade run in which the ball keeps moving and the player changes its direction. The course places varied obstacles at random, so a memorized sequence cannot carry every attempt. Each click becomes a commitment to a new line that must remain safe until the next correction. The score grows as the ball survives longer, giving the game an open-ended high-score structure. Phones, tablets, and computers use the same basic action. Because no separate acceleration or braking input exists, success depends on choosing the turning moment rather than trying to recover with extra controls.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before you start
Expect short, unpredictable runs where one direction-changing input must answer randomly placed obstacles, leaving no room for a memorized route or careless double tap at speed.
GETTING STARTED
How to play Wave
Let the ball move until its current line approaches an obstacle or unsafe edge. Click or tap once to change direction, then reassess the new path immediately.
Continue alternating directions through the random layout without making unnecessary corrections. Preserve the run for as long as possible to raise the score beyond earlier attempts.
CONTROLS
Controls and device setup
A mouse click or one screen tap reverses the moving ball's direction during the run.

Tips for Wave
- Turn before an obstacle fills the path instead of waiting for contact.
- Avoid double taps because the second change may undo a safe correction.
- Watch the open route ahead rather than following the ball itself.
