Animerge game overview
Animerge begins with small animals and follows a fixed evolution chain toward larger creatures. Dropping two identical animals where they can touch combines the pair into the next species. The sequence ultimately reaches the elephant at the top of the documented collection. Hand-drawn artwork and a selectable list of Lo-Fi music frame the puzzle as a relaxed activity, but placement still matters. Unmatched animals occupy room and can separate future pairs. No formal losing state is documented, so expanding the collection becomes the focus.

Before you start
Each arrival prompts a spatial choice: locate its matching species, choose a drop line that encourages contact, and leave enough open area for animals that have not appeared yet.

How to play Animerge
Position the cursor above an identical animal when a direct merge is possible. Drop so the pieces meet without an unrelated creature settling between them.
Group consecutive sizes in one region and continue combining upward toward the elephant. Keep an open landing lane for the next arrival. Select a Lo-Fi track independently when changing the session's background mood.
