ABOUT THE GAME
Jelly Matches game overview
Jelly Matches asks players to clear a specified number of colored pieces by dropping new jelly onto the board. Matching colors drives the puzzle, but three special types change the result: x2 doubles broken pieces, -1 removes one from the total, and shields provide protection. Because a dropped piece falls before matching, its column matters as much as its color. Progress comes from meeting the displayed target, with successful combinations making room and the modifiers either accelerating or complicating the required count.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before you start
Gravity-based placement, bright color groups, a fixed clearing target, doubling pieces, subtraction pieces, protective shields, and direct dragging create a more tactical matching board. These elements reinforce falling jelly pieces with tactical modifiers.
GETTING STARTED
How to play Jelly Matches
Drag a jelly piece with the mouse or a fingertip and position it above the intended column. Release it so gravity carries it toward a compatible color group.
Track the required number of broken pieces and account for special effects before each drop. Use x2 opportunities carefully, while avoiding a -1 result that delays the target.
CONTROLS
Controls and device setup
Drag a piece with the mouse or touch input, then release it above the chosen board column.

Tips for Jelly Matches
- Set up a larger color group before applying an x2 piece.
- Keep useful landing columns open rather than scattering unmatched colors everywhere.
- Check the remaining target before accepting a risky subtraction-piece placement.
