ABOUT THE GAME
The Grid game overview
A visual pattern appears only long enough to be studied before the player must reconstruct it on an empty grid. Position matters as much as shape: remembering a cluster without its exact row or column can turn an otherwise familiar design into an error. Correct reproductions advance the run into harder challenges that may require viewing the arrangement from a different perspective. The available seconds remain limited, and the final score can be compared with a personal best or leaderboard position.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before you start
Each round separates observation from action. First, the grid must be read quickly; then the remembered cells are selected before the countdown expires, followed by another, more demanding pattern.
GETTING STARTED
How to play The Grid
Divide the shown design into small groups, noting an anchor such as a corner or center cell. Use that reference to preserve the pattern's location after it disappears.
Select the matching grid cells and finish the reconstruction within the allowed seconds. Accurate copies add to the score and continue the sequence until time ends the attempt.
CONTROLS
Controls and device setup
Click grid cells with a mouse, or tap the corresponding squares on a mobile touchscreen.

Tips for The Grid
- Remember the outermost cells first because they define the pattern's overall bounds.
- Count spaces between clusters instead of memorizing every square independently.
- Recreate one anchored section before filling the remaining symmetric or repeated parts.
